TV chef Giada De Laurentiis is now officially divorced from husband Todd Thompson, reports People magazine.

The pair, who separated after 11 years of marriage last July, will have joint custody of 7-year-old daughter Jade Marie, and De Laurentiis will pay Thompson $9,000 per month in child support, according to divorce documents.

Thompson, a fashion designer, keeps the $3.2 million house in Pacific Palisades, California. Since there was no prenup agreement, De Laurentiis has been ordered to give him 50 percent of net royalties for books published during their marriage.  She also has to give him 50 percent of the unpaid advances for a few cookbooks that she is currently writing, which totals more than $5 million.

Neither Thompson nor the Food Network star must pay spousal support.

De Laurentiis announced their split on her Facebook page in December, writing, "Although our decision to separate comes with a great deal of sadness, our focus on the future and overwhelming desire for our family's happiness has given us the strength to move forward on separate, yet always connected paths. Todd and I share a beautiful daughter and a lifetime of great memories that we both treasure more than anything."

Earlier this year, it was rumored that De Laurentiis had an affair with fellow TV chef Bobby Flay, who finalized his divorce with wife Stephanie March in July. The two celebrity chefs fueled dating rumors by filing for divorce weeks apart, but recently the Italian-born writer has been spotted with a mystery man -- not Flay.

Radar Online reports last month De Laurentiis and the unidentified man were seen at sushi hotspot Nobu.

"Giada was at Nobu tonight with a guy who was not Bobby Flay and she was totally making out with him," an eyewitness told Radar Online. "I saw them get a drink at the bar and sit outside and they made out the whole time. They were hugging and kissing and all over each other. They were the last people to leave the place."

Laurentiis, 45, who celebrated a birthday last month, appears optimistic about the future. She has said in interviews that she's focused on building a new life and parenting her daughter.

The celebrity chef posted a picture to Instagram on Tuesday showing her dining with friends at a seaside location and captioned the picture, "Dreaming about the future..."
