Giada De Laurentiis is adamant: she did not cheat on her husband -- period.

Days after the Food Network "Giada at Home" star announced the split from Todd Thompson, her fashion designer husband, rumors spread like wildfire that the Italian-born chef is dating another celebrity chef, Bobby Flay. Star magazine reported that Flay and De Laurentiis were seen dining together just days before she announced her split from Thompson. The tabloid also claimed she is having a relationship with Matt Lauer of the "Today" show.

The 44-year-old responded to to allegations of romantic relationships with Flay and Lauer.

"My long-time friendships with my co-workers Matt Lauer and Bobby Flay are exactly that -- long-time friendships. There has never been a romantic relationship with these two men," she told Gossip Cop.

On Dec. 29, De Laurentiis posted an explanation on Facebook about her split from her husband of 11 years and the father of Jade, her 6-year-old daugter.

"After an amicable separation since July, Todd and I have decided to end our marriage," she wrote. Although our decision to separate comes with a great deal of sadness, our focus on the future and overwhelming desire for our family's happiness has given us the strength to move forward on separate, yet always connected paths. Todd and I share a beautiful daughter and a lifetime of great memories that we both treasure more than anything. We are so thankful for our friends and family, and really appreciate the support in this time of change."

Back in 2010, Star magazine also reported that De Laurentiis and John Mayer had a tryst.

"I have never ever been romantically involved with John Mayer," De Laurentiis told Gossip Cop this week. "I met him twice at least [five] or [six] years ago at public events along with hundreds of other people. The small amount of face time with John was in rooms filled with other attendees at these events. I have not seen or even heard from him since. The allegation of an affair was a fabrication back in 2010 and remains so today."

Accusations of an affair with Mayer have haunted De Laurentiis since 2010. In 2011, she faced questions about a relationship with the singer-songwriter during an interview with Redbook.

"I was shocked, and not so much for me, but for my husband and family ... Todd was embarrassed that his family in Michigan would see it and think, 'What is going on over there in Hollywood?'" she told Gossip Cop.
