Fans of "The Walking Dead" that have also kept up with the comic book series know all to well what the character of Negan means for the one of their favorite characters on the show.

According to TV Line, the casting of Negan signifies the end for one of their own.

But not so fast on that theory. The show has indeed been keeping mum about casting for a character named "Rich," who seems to have the features all too eerily similar to those of Negan. For those who have read the series, the introduction of Negan spells certain doom.

The character is described in the casting call as being in his 50s and has a narcissistic personality; a personality that seems to thrive off power and his demeanor like that of a congressman, who knows how to handle power in the world of politics yet still pull off his devious agenda. He is someone who is comparable to a car salesman -- someone who will say or do anything to sway the popular opinion of a crowd to suit his own needs.

For those who know, that is exactly who Negan is, and if that is any indicator, Negan means the end for a certain character on the show who fans have come to love.

As fans already know, Daryl Dixon, played by Norman Reedus, was created for the TV series, which means, rest assured, Negan is not there to kill him if they are still following the comic series. That does not mean, however, he is immune in any way either.

Negan, who ends up killing a series vet, may or may not be making an appearance on the show. Fans are dreading his arrival, but he may come to them in a way not quite like the comic series. As everyone already knows, anything can happen in "The Walking Dead."
