The official trailer for the second half of Season 2 of "Finding Carter" has been released and it answers so many questions.

On Sept. 7, MTV released the official trailer for the popular series and with it gave fans a first look at what's to come for Carter, the Wilson family and the Stevens family.

Fist off fans will get to see a lot more of Carter's new brother Ben, who was part of the shocking mid-season finale that revealed that Carter's father had a secret son with Lori, when the show returns. The trailer shows Carter struggling to connect with her troubled brother, who moves to town with Lori, and also reveals that Ben resents his father.

The rumors of Carter dropping out of school are partially confirmed with Carter herself mentioning her struggle to do well in school and explaining that she doesn't want to attend anymore and then lies about joining a study group.

We also get to see Cater working at a bar, as was previously speculated, and get our first look at "Twilight" star Jackson Rathbone, who Entertainment Weekly reported would be joining the series as Jared. His character will become a part of the drama when he meets Carter and becomes attracted to her even though she is underage.

However, the biggest tease of the trailer may just be Carter showing up at Lori's door. After discovering that Lori kidnapped her as a baby and robbed her of a life with her real family, Carter expresses a distrust for Lori and denies any help from her, but by the end of the trailer we see Carter looking for Lori after Ben states that she doesn't have to live with the Wilson family.

Check out the trailer below and catch "Finding Carter" when it premieres Oct. 6 on MTV.
