Madonna has announced via her official Instagram page that she's working on some new material with Avicii.

The Material Girl has posted a photo of herself squatting on the floor and fully decked out in lace and fishnet stockings bearing the caption: "Doing some house work after 4 hours of sleep which is why i cant spell! On my way to the studio to work with Avicii! #clean."

To further strengthen the teaser comment of Madge, Avicii also posted a quick Tweet, "Studiomode!"

Maybe the music icon has been hard at work doing some Spring cleaning because in an earlier, the blonde misspelled the hit musician's name.

Mirror recalls that back in February, the 55-year-old confirmed to the Canadian Press that she's back in the studio working on a new album. "Yes, plans are in the works already. Don't ask me with who, it's a secret, top secret."

Madonna has been in the public eye a lot in the recent months including Miley Cyrus' MTV Unplugged concert, the Grammys and the Amnesty International benefit concert, says the Rolling Stone.

Avicii is also one of the hottest artists today following the massive success of his first album, "Wake Me Up." The DJ or Tim Bergling recently shared that he's pretty open-minded when it comes to collaborations. "I can work with singers, but I get along better with other songwriters because it's a more creative environment. I'm very particular about certain things. Melody, I'm a super control freak. But rhythms and lyrics, I let go a lot more."

If fans will recall, Madonna and Avicii have previously teamed up for a remix of her track "Girl Gone Wild," from Madonna's "MDNA" album in 2012. While the details of the collaboration have been kept under wraps, using the earlier song as a baseline, it's safe to say that the new song will likely carry a similar dance-electronic beat that the two do so well together.

The star even surprised audeinces as she popped up as a surprise guest at Miami for the Ultra Music Festival in 2012 during the Swedish DJ's set to introduce him.

This new disc will be the Queen of Pop's 13th studio album.
