Marc Anthony has fired back with some details in relation to his ex-wife Dayanara Torres' request for an increase in Anthony's child support payments from $13,000 a month to $113,000.

TMZ reports that Torres has been reasoning her need for higher payments is because the beauty queen is broke which has forced her to up and sell her home. The brunette beauty claims after selling her home, she now lives in a small apartment in San Fernando Valley.

However, Marc Anthony, 45, has a different version of the story. The Latin singer and Grammy Winner has revealed that Dayanara, 39, only sold her home because she has been publicly shamed due to an adulterous affair she's been having. In the legal documents filed by Anthony, TMZ reports that Anthony clarifies Torres actually sold her home because the wife of the married man she was having an adulterous affair with has been yelling through a bullhorn, "Whore," at the front of the Former Ms. Universe's home.

Given the severity of the harassment and relentless jeers of her lover's wife, Marc has reported that he has had to send his security to help. Given this series of events, Marc's camp believes that Torres' need to sell her home at a loss, is no one else's fault but her own.

Page Six claims that in response, Torres has denied the whole bullhorn story as "argumentative, improper opinion, lack of foundation, speculation."

Anthony is refusing to cough up more cash because of fear that increase in funds would spoil his kids rotten and possibly turn them into drug addicts. TMZ, in a separate report reveals that court documents show Marc hired a psychologist who has written a judge about the problems that could arise from children living in the Los Angeles entertainment industry with near unlimited funds, reports the Daily Mail.

The psychologist argues the kids could grow up and "become high-risk for illicit drugs, alcohol and a fast-paced lifestyle that they are not emotionally capable of handling."

Torres and Anthony were married from May of 2000 until early 2004 when Dayanara filed for Divorce. The couple have two boys together aged 13 and 10. Following their relationship, Mark Anthony then married Jennifer Lopez in June of 2004, with whom he has six-year-old twins Emme and Maximillian. Lopez and Anthony announced their separation in 2011 and Marc filed for divorce in April 2012.
