"Empire" is all new Wednesday night, when the Lyons set their beef aside momentarily to handle business as usual, in an episode titled "Poor Yorick."

"The Lyons collaborate on a music video, putting aside their differences long enough to capitalize on Hakeem (Bryshere Y. Gray) and Jamal's (Jussie Smollett) duet from Hakeem's leaked album," the show's description reads on TVGuide.

Hakeem has already started a new music company with his mother Cookie (Taraji P. Henson), after the two were kicked out of Empire for an attempted hostile takeover. The producer and rapper are starting from the bottom, but Hakeem is ready to take over the music industry.

"Meanwhile, Lucious (Terrence Howard), who has the federal murder case hanging over his head, decides the answer to his problems is to find Vernon (Malik Yoba) and make him permanently disappear," the description continued.

Lucious is trying to take over the music industry as well, while simultaneously fighting his murder case. He released a hot track "Snitch B*tch" and stopped the hostile takeover, all while still behind bars. His new corrupt lawyer Thirsty Rawlings (Andre Royo from "The Wire") then helped him get out on bail.

What does Thirsty know about the prosecutor? He had some dirt on the judge so he won the first battle. He claims to have some dirt on Roxanne Ford (Tyra Ferrell) as well.

In the show's promo for this week, Roxanne goes after Cookie to get some dirt on Lucious. She threatens to hurt Cookie's boys, and in one scene, Cookie gets arrested. What will Lucious do to get Cookie out of jail this time?

Lucious killed Frank Gathers (Chris Rock) to protect Cookie. But that was before he found out that she tried to take Empire from him. Will he forgive her? He refuses to forgive Andre (Trai Byers) for joining his mother's side while he was in jail.

Andre knows where Vernon's body is. It looks like he and his wife are caught digging the body up in the next show's promo. Will he win back his daddy's heart when Lucious finds out what really happened to the star witness to his murder case?
