Sam Smith is among the nominees for the sixth annual Hollywood Music in Media Awards.

The 23-year-old singer has been nominated for the Song - Feature Film award category for his James Bond "Spectre" theme song "Writing's On the Wall," according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Additional nominees in the feature film song category include Keegan DeWitt for his song "Ill See You in My Dreams" from the movie of the same name, Brian Wilson's "One Kind of Love" from his biopic "Love & Mercy," Wiz Khalifa and Charlie Puth's "See You Again" from "Furious 7" (written by Andrew Cedar, Justin Franks, Cameron Thomaz and Puth), and Jim James' "No Escape" song "Take Care of You."

In the Original Score - Feature Film cateogry the nominees are "Beasts of No Nation" (Dan Romer), "Bridge of Spies" (Thomas Newman), "Carol" (Carter Burwell), "Sicario" (Johann Johannsson), "Steve Jobs" (Daniel Pemberton) and "The Walk" (Alan Silvestri).

Others nominated for the awards show, which celebrates music in film, TV, video games, commercials and trailers, include Jennifer Lopez, Diane Warren and Lady Gaga, along with scores from Burwell, Danny Elfman and Newman.

A board of advisers, which includes journalists, music executives, songwriters and composers, decide on the nominees for the awards.

Winners are to be chosen by members of the Society of Composers & Lyricists, the TV Academy, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences' music branch, the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences, and performing-rights organizations, along with film-music journalists and music executives.

The 2015 Hollywood Music in Media Awards takes place at The Fonda Theatre in Hollywood on Wednesday, Nov. 11.

"Spectre" is due out in theaters on Friday, Nov. 6.
