Justin Bieber recently participated in a go-kart race and performed his track "Sorry" on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon."

The 21-year-old "What Do You Mean?" singer rode alongside Nascar drivers Kevin Harvick, Jeff Gordon, Kyle Busch and Martin Truex, Jr. in the Tonight Show 500 at Rockefeller Plaza on Tuesday night's show, according to Rolling Stone.

Others who took part in the go-kart race with Bieber and the professional racers included Jesse Tyler Ferguson, the Roots' Tariq Trotter, otherwise known as Black Thought, and Fallon himself. The racers were split up into two teams, with each celebrity paired up with a Nascar driver.

For this particular race, the racers had to dodge cones and, after the first lap, they had to switch seats with their partners without exiting the vehicle.

"I've learned a lot about street racing," Bieber said. The singer was once arrested for participating in an illegal street race in 2014, though he managed to avoid serving jail time.

Bieber, who was paired with Harvick, ended up winning the go-kart race. The Tonight Show 500 took place to celebrate the upcoming Nascar Sprint Cup Championship, which will be taking place on Sunday, Nov. 22 in Miami.

Following the race, Bieber took to the "Tonight Show" stage to perform his new song "Sorry," which is featured on his latest album, "Purpose."

The singer recently announced his Purpose World Tour, which will kick off on March 9 in Seattle and will wrap up at New York's Madison Square Garden on July 18.

Bieber released his fourth studio album, "Purpose," on Nov. 13. The album has produced the singles "What Do You Mean?" and "Sorry." Guest artists featured on the album include Skrillex, Diplo, Halsey, Travis Scott and Big Sean.
