Kim Kardashian has been open about her pregnancy and her fertility struggles even before. She updates her fans on an occasional basis about her health through her website. While she awaits the birth of her son in December, a new source claimed that the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star may have to give birth to her second child earlier than expected.

A source told US Weekly that due to health concerns, Kardashian's doctor has suggested that she give birth around Thanksgiving. The source hinted that she may have to be induced to avoid any complications with her and the baby's health.

"Kim's doctors want to get the baby out early because of her medical history," the source told the publication.

However, another source told E! News that it's not true that Kardashian will have to give birth to her son a month early. The insider said that "Kim is waiting for nature to take its course."

This report came following Kardashian's latest update on her website about her second pregnancy. The 35-year old shared her apprehensions over her delivery and about her health. She talked about her fear of experiencing her pregnancy condition called placenta accreta all over again. She had the same experience when she gave birth to her firstborn North West, where she recalled the painful experience of having her placenta, which was still sticking to her uterus, scraped out by hand.

"My risk of having preclampsia and placenta acreeta are increased and there's not a whole lot I can do to prevent it, so my anxiety is a little high leading up to my delivery," she wrote on her website.

Kardashian also talked about needing to do a hysterectomy if she has placenta accreta again with her second delivery. "In a very rare case, I might need a hysterectomy after delivery if my condition is severe enough," she wrote, but added that so far her doctor has assured her that there may be no need for the operation at all.

The "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star and her husband Kanye West have been preparing for their son's arrival in December. According to the New York Daily News, the couple has already booked a Deluxe Maternity Suite at Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles. The posh maternity ward has a full-sized bath tub with showers and a living room area complete with a flat-screen TV. The room reportedly costs around $4,000 a day inclusive of a personal doula to assist with the delivery, a manicurist and a hairstylist.
