Johnny Depp continues to express his concern over her daughter Lily Rose's sudden shot to fame. His daughter has so far appeared in two films and also started making a name for herself in the fashion industry, modelling for both Chanel and Karl Lagerfeld. However, it seems her career is making dotting father actor worried. The "Pirates of the Caribbean" star once again spoke up about his reservations with his daughter's choice of career in a recent interview.

Depp expressed his worry over his daughter's profession in a recent interview with Mail Onlines. The actor said that whatever is happening to Lily-Rose now is something that he didn't foresee.

"What's happening to Lily-Rose is something that I didn't expect to happen this early, that's for sure! It's such a funny thing when you see your daughter transitioning from your baby, your little girl, to suddenly being a young woman. When I see her with make-up and all that stuff, it's really disturbing, because she's a very beautiful girl, and it's all happening so fast," he said.

The 52-year-old star also talked about Lily-Rose's acting career. Depp admitted that he never dreamt or wished for his daughter to become an actress. But he has long ago accepted that it's what makes her happy and that she's got what it takes to be a good actress. The actor also said that no matter how grown up her daughter gets, he will never stop worrying about her because "it's a father-daughter thing."

According to Mail Online, the 16-year old has since appeared in two films including "Tusk" and "Yoga Hosers," where she starred opposite her father. She is set to appear in a film called "Planetarium" where she plays Natalie Portman's sister.

Back in October, Depp also expressed his worry over his daughter during an interview with Germany's Gala magazine. The actor candidly expressed his apprehensions over his daughter's modelling career.

"To be honest, I'm quite worried," he said, before adding that he wasn't expecting for Lily-Rose to become a model at 16-years old.

However, despite Depp's hesitations over his daughter's blossoming career, the 52-year old acknowledged that modelling is Lily-Rose's "passion" and that "she's having fun." He also admitted that he will remain supportive of her daughter's modelling career no matter what, telling Gala magazine that his daughter knows that he will always be there for her.

Lily-Rose is Depp's daughter from his ex-girlfriend Vanessa Paradis, a French singer and actress, who also modelled for Chanel when she was 19. They also share a son together named Jack.
