Viber is not one of the many apps that offer updates every now and then, but this time, they released the Viber 5.6.0.2413 update that will offer more on pleasure for the user rather than some new features.

According to Neurogadget, some of the improvements made on the latest Viber update have been the Group Likes that allows Viber users to like a friend's Vibe. The number of text characters has also been improved, extending it up to 7,000 characters. The Public Chats feature has also been integrated to Android tablets as well as the app's ability to be forwarded. This type of shortcut messaging allows users to efficiently deliver messages without spending so much time typing.

Viber has been one of the most popular text and call services that use data in order to connect. You can also freely use this via Wi-Fi whenever available.

A separate report from Neurogadget also confirmed the presence of Viber sharing as well as following some public chat features. Games have also been included on the app, but what's most interesting about the new Viber update, is the app's integration into Android Wear. Viber can now be downloaded on smartwatches and other wearable devices that run the Android OS. The latest Viber 5.6.0.2413 is specifically designed for the Android OS with its latest Marshmallow update.

Android users can now download the Viber 5.6.0.2413 update from the Google Play Store. It is also available on the apps' official website.

Just five years in the business, Viber has catered to more than 650 million registered users around the world, but according to the report, only around 250 million users get to use the service regularly. Viber is easy to install. Just visit the Google Play Store, find the Viber update and tap it to download and install it on your mobile phone. The app will ask you to confirm your mobile number in order to continue the service.

The latest Viber update will consume around 36.48 MB of memory space. It can be synced to any other devices such as tablets and PCs. Users can also use the same mobile number for their smartphones and other synced devices.
