Psy has released his new single "Daddy," which is included on his new album "Chiljip PSY-Da."

The 37-year-old "Gangnum Style" K-pop superstar released the song and an accompanying video on Monday, according the Mirror. In just 24 hours the video garnered 4.3 million views.

In the energetic four-minute dance video, Psy takes on several characters, such as a baby, young boy, ballroom dance teacher and old man with a comb over, as well as appearing as himself. The video basically shows Psy as he grows from being a young sprout into an old man, the whole time repeating the phrase, "I got it from my daddy."

The video begins with the word "Daddy" in white text against a black background with a mustache symbol underneath.

In the first clip, a boy is being born, and the face is revealed to be Psy's, mouthing the word "Daddy." The little boy, who also has Psy's face, grows up in the next scene and walks down school hallways trying to impress a bunch of girls. He also busts some dance moves in a playroom filled with toys and flirts with his teacher, who is surprised by the young boy's actions and reacts by fanning herself.

Additional scenes in the video include Psy morphing into a ballroom dance teacher, leaping through the air and twirling his female dance partner around, helping the old man version of himself do sit-ups, and boogieing with a group of backup dancers on stage.

Psy recently released his seventh studio album, "Chiljip PSY-da," which translates to "This is PSY's Seventh Album." "Daddy" is the lead single for the new offering, which also produced the single "Napal Baji." Guest artists on the album include Ed Sheeran, Gaeko, will.i.am, XIA, CL and Zion.T.
