Penelope Cruz and Jon Favreau are the latest stars to be featured in the new iPhone advertisements.

The 41-year-old actress and 49-year-old actor appear in their own clips, promoting the newest version of the iPhone, according to CNet.

In the "Hey Siri" ad, Cruz makes an appearance in which she asks Siri the question "Who was the Prime Minister of Britain in 1868?"

Siri responds with, "The answer is Benjamin Disraeli."

Cruz, clearly doing a crossword puzzle, accepts the answer and says, "Of course," as if she already knew that.

The new ad boasts that the Siri feature is much faster in answering specific questions at rapid fire, as opposed to the old version, which would most likely say "Give me a moment" before coming up with a response.

Favreau appears in his own ad titled "Ridiculously Powerful," commenting on a student film.

The actor says, "This a student film? Get these kids on the phone for me."

The narrator then responds, "Dude, that is a phone."

This ad highlights the quality of the new iPhone's video and photo taking abilities, while also emphasizing other features, such as 3D Touch, Bluetooth connectivity, graphics processing, onboard accelerometer and gyroscope sensors.

Both of these new ads feature voiceover work by Lake Bell, who is heard reading the tagline, "The only thing that's changed is everything."

Overall, Apple claims the new iPhone is much more powerful and faster than previous versions.

Celebrities who previously appeared in ads for Apple products include Chloe Sevigny and Bell for the Apple Watch; John Travolta, Mary J. Blige, Kerry Washington, and Taraji P. Henson for Apple Music; and Jamie Foxx, Stephen Curry and Selena Gomez for the iPhone 6.

Cruz will be featured in the upcoming "Zoolander 2," also featuring Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson. The sequel is set for release in 2016.

Favreau's latest project is a producer role on "The Jungle Book," which is set for release in 2016 as well.
