Samsung has confirmed that it will be revealing the new Galaxy Note at the IFA trade show on September 4. Reports also note that the new phablet will be the very first device to feature 4K video recording.

As if the Galaxy S3 hasn't been making enough news, Samsung has decided to make another major splash to end the summer when they will unveil the Galaxy Note 2 in Berlin on August 29 prior to the IFA Conference.
