With less than 6 months after their engagement Ryan MacCartan and Dove Cameron had to put their relationship to an end. It is confirmed that Ryan lost his little Dove, when she decided this relationship is not what she wants.

Ryan stated that they both still love each other very much but things just did not seem to work out between them. The "Rocky Horror Picture Show" star opened up on his status and post their breakup stating that "It just sucks"  as per the People TV Watch.

Ryan, who is 23, said that it's the bottom line and he has the most amazing family and friends who are his live savers. It is certain that the star need some extra shoulders to support him at this tough phase in his life.

The Disney co-stars dated for three years before they got engaged with their relationship before thinking of getting married and called off the engaement.The news was shocking and surprising to the fans of both Ryan and Dove, though they did not have any rush to the altar as stated by E! News, they surely did not see their break up.

Ryan and Dove thought that their relationship will last forever. Ryan is trying to distract himself and he admitted that this has not been easy for him. He still loves her very much and he said that it's only time that will heal everything.

The star always wanted to get married young and he took it seriously, but that does not seem to be happening anytime soon as he needs time to get over their broken engagement. The couple are still in speaking terms and they text each other often even though they are not together.

Ryan has no regrets, the only hard part is that he thought it was going to work out and they will be forever together.
