Seasoned Hollywood action star Bruce Willis has teamed up with the young Kellan Lutz for a thrilling new action movie titled "Extraction." Fans of the two stars may love what they see in a new trailer just released for the upcoming film.

According to Deadline, saving the world is a common theme in many of Willis' movies. But this time, he takes a back seat to another headlining hero in the film and lets Lutz carry the burden.

In the trailer, fans can see that Willis portrays a retired CIA operative named Leonard Turner who has been kidnapped by terrorists. In a video that he records for the U.S. government, he introduces himself and calmly tells his statesmen that terrorists will soon have complete control of the world's communication systems.

Control of those systems will allow the terrorist organization to access all of the nuclear missiles in the world, allowing them to target any destination they choose, including the continental U.S.

That is where his son Harry Turner (Lutz) comes in, bringing all his *ss-kicking glory with him to save both his dad (Willis) and the world.

As a few scenes in the trailer reveal, the film is not quite an international action/espionage thriller, but rather a gritty drama.

At one point, the younger Turner encounters a biker gang in a bar who have info he needs to make progress in the case. He tells the gang that if they give him the codes, he will simply walk out, foreshadowing a major action scene.

When he runs into trouble in the ensuing fight, he is saved by his partner, played by the beautiful Gina Carano. When she censures him for getting in a fight without a plan, he comically responds, "Works in the movies."
