Oklahoma City Thunder guard Russell Westbrook buys TV star Scott Disick's Beverly Crest area property.

Westbrook, a Long Beach, California native, has bought the said home for nearly $4.7 million via an off-market deal, Los Angeles Times reported. Citing real estate public records, the publication notes that Disick, who appears on "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," only bought it last year for about $3.7 million. Thus, Disick said goodbye to his Los Angeles home with a cool $1 million profit from the sale.

The more than 4,000-square-foot abode features six bathrooms and five bedrooms, including a master bedroom that comes with a walk-in closet, a rain shower and a huge bathtub. Other living areas highlighted are a comfortable-looking living room, a casual dining area, a den and an updated kitchen equipped with a center island that duals as a breakfast station.

Remarkable interiors make the house more lovely and elegant. Such features like picture windows, recessed lighting, pristine looking walls and accents, airy ambiance, an open floor plan, dark wood floors, custom-built cabinets, and smooth lines used in the design.

Outdoors, the grounds display beautiful gardens, some fountains, a saltwater swimming pool, an outdoor lounge and a sun deck. Westbrook will also find delight in having a panoramic cityscape as well as views of the canyon and Santa Catalina Island.

A nice home for the new groom

The new Los Angeles mansion will be a nice dwelling place for Westbrook to share with his wife, Nina Earl. The four-time NBA All-Star and Earl tied the knot in an intimate wedding ceremony at the Beverly Hills Hotel on Aug. 29, People reported. Earl is the NBA player's longtime college girlfriend. Westbrook and Earl both played the same sport in UCLA and became members of the UCLA's men and women's basketball teams.

Basketball stars Kevin Love, Kevin Durant and James Harden, who was with Khloe Kardashian, reportedly attended the wedding ceremony.

NBA superstar, teammate and Westbrook's very close friend, Durant, shared on News OK what he felt seeing Westbrook marrying Earl.

"My man got married. It made me... like it's my time. I remember Nina [Russ's wife] when she was still in college visiting Russ in OKC. I remember she flew on the team plane and it was the first time we had kinda met her and, like, you could see how much love they had for each other and I was so jealous. I wish I had that. You know what I'm saying? And to see it full circle, them as a married couple, it was beautiful. Showed how much we've grown," Durant said.

Will we hear wedding bells for Durant, soon?
