Bethenny Frankel recently ripped into Charlie Sheen over comments he made related to his HIV-positive condition.

According to Gossip Cop, the former "Two and a Half Men" star said he never considered taking his own life or harming himself after he learned of his diagnosis, adding he never would.

Hours later, Frankel took to social media to chastise Sheen and what she apparently saw as his cavalier attitude, posting, "Well maybe the women you had unprotected sex with did."

The "Real Housewives of New York" star's angry post seemed to be suggesting that Sheen, by confessing to having HIV after having unprotected sex, likely devastated these unsuspecting women's lives to the point where they might become suicidal.

Frankel went on to add she never even so much as kisses someone when she has a cold. She also hinted she strongly feels Sheen should have demonstrated much more concern for those he came into regular contact with.

Recent days have proven to be a combative season for Frankel, who also currently finds herself embroiled in a back-and-forth dispute with "Real Housewives" co-star Sonja Morgan over their competing liquor lines.

The 45-year-old launched the Skinnygirl brand several years ago, and Morgan founded Tipsy Girl earlier this year, which Frankel has hinted she believes is an underhanded attempt to take advantage of the success and buzz her brand has created for itself.

Skinnygirl later filed documents to trademark the term "Tipsygirl," prompting formal legal action from Morgan and her business partners.

Frankel only recently settled a bitter child custody dispute with ex-husband Jason Hoppy over their 4-year-old daughter Bryn. Frankel and Hoppy split in December 2012 and formally filed for divorce a month later.

The child custody battle was fueled by a public argument the two waged over who would be the better parent.
