Green Bay Packers star Aaron Rodgers and actress Olivia Munn are rumored to be engaged.

OK! Magazine reports the Hall of Fame bound quarterback recently caught his actress girlfriend completely by surprise by popping the question. Reports are Rodgers did so over a romantic dinner after first asking her family for permission.

"Olivia wasn't expecting it, but they're so in love he couldn't wait," a source said, adding that the two are now making plans to get hitched back in Rodgers' hometown of Chico, California.

The two have been dating since 2014. Rodgers still insists his now intended had no idea who he was when they were first introduced.

"I said, 'So what do you do?'" Munn previously told reporters. "And he said, 'Oh I play football.' ... 'Cool. What college?' [Munn asked]. And he's like, 'Oh, no. I play professional.' And I was like, 'Cool, what position?' 'Quarterback.' 'Cool.' Like that was kind of it not knowing that he's like Super Bowl MVP or any of those things. All I saw was that he was like really attractive. I didn't really care what he did."

Since they became an item, Munn insists the veteran Rodgers refuses to have sex on game days. She has also become a fixture at Packers' home games.

The veteran signal-caller was in rare form last week, leading the Packers to a 35-18 road win over the Washington Redskins in the NFC wildcard game. Rodgers completed 21 of 36 passes for 210 yards and two touchdowns to lead the way.

Green Bay now moves on to face the Arizona Cardinals, whom they lost to 38-8 in Week 15 of the regular season.

The 35-year-old Munn has starred in such films as "Mortdecai," "Date Night" and "Iron Man 2." She also starred as news anchor Sloan Sabbith in HBO's "The Newsroom."
