Ninel Conde was allegedly recorded saying she had an abortion, which the singer and her boyfriend have both denied.

The 43-year-old singer is once again attempting to clear up her name by once again refuting what was said in the alleged recording.

"Everything will be cleared in time," she said, according to TV Y Novelas. "Obviously, it's an unpleasant situation. It's a very unpleasant situation. I am a woman who is pro-life. I would never have an abortion."

She also explained that she has taken legal action and calls the incident a smear campaign against her. A few weeks ago, it was reported that Conde's boyfriend, Giovanni Medina, was upset with her because she had an abortion. A recording was released at the same time, which supposedly backed up this story.

Conde quickly spoke out and explained that as a mother she could never have an abortion.

"I'm a mother," she said. "I have a daughter, and of the most serious things I have been accused of, I can tell you that I would never dare to end a pregnancy because I am a mother. I think it would be impossible for women who have been to dare to do that."

She also added that she refused to listen to the recording because she didn't want to poison herself with negativity.

"It's very sad that they want to harm me. They dare to do so much. It's someone that's unscrupulous. I ask that you understand that this is a situation beyond us all," she said. "I am tired because it's already so many things. When I think that it's been too much, something even worse happens. Giovanni is scared. He's not used to these things. I try to calm him down and tell him to have patience."

A few celebrities, namely Niurka Marcos, have spoken out and pointed fingers. Marcos believes that Medina is the anonymous source who leaked the tape. She has had past issues with Medina, even saying that he destroyed her car.
