Anyone that follows the rap music industry back in the 90's is well aware of who Tupac was and how his death made a mark in the hip-hop culture. Tupac Shakur's murder case is yet to be solved as it is still unknown on the person behind the massive gang war was, but a shocking revelation emerged, involving Sean "Diddy" Combs on the murder case.

Although Tupac's death remains a mystery, Los Angeles Police Department is said to have found the missing link in the puzzle. As per the Huffington Post, a former LAPD investigator allegedly claimed that Sean "Diddy" Combs was the man behind Tupac's tragic death.

Greg Kading, a former LAPD detective in charge of the special task force discussed the findings of the investigation which led to speculations on how Diddy started and was linked into Biggie Smalls and Tupac Shakur's murder.

During his interview for "Murder Rap," Netflix's documentary, Kading stated that Diddy paid a Crips member, Duane Keith "Keffe" Davis, $1 million to assassinate both high profiled rapper Tupac and Suge Knight, the co-founder of the Death Row Records. After Davis' nephew, Orlando Anderson pulled the trigger, he was able to hit Knight but fatally injured Tupac, which resulted in his death 6 days after the shooting.

Back in 1996, Kading told the NY Daily News reporters that they came up with the speculations after Davis dished out details that "he couldn't have known unless he was part of the murder scene."

The LAPD officer was able to pin Keffe Davis after a thorough interrogation for a different crime that he was charged with. In his desperation to defend himself, Davis dished out details that eventually caused a stir in Tupac's murder investigation.

Kading told Huffington Post that, "If his intention was to just get away with it, so to speak it would have been very easy for him to not include all the details that he did."

Kading then added, "You get a very strong sense that he's speaking very genuinely and transparently. He comes across as telling the story as someone who was there. The fluidity is very natural."

In addition to the reports, controversial gang war, Huffington Post reported that Kading alleges that Suge Knight hired Wardll "Poochie" Fouse to assassinate Biggie Smalls (who was shot to death 6 months after Tupac died).

Despite the heated allegations that took the headlines by storm, Sean "Diddy" Combs stated that Greg Kading's clams were "pure fiction" as per Daily Mail.
