Reggie Fils-Aime might be president and CEO of Nintendo of America, but the executive clearly does not take himself too seriously.

Fils-Aime acts like a robot version of himself that infiltrates Nintendo in a new video recently released by the company.

He goes into a meeting, where he is asked to pick between Plan A and Plan B, and since the person controlling the robot has no idea what the two plans entail, he just picks one at random: Plan B, which turns out to be holding Smash Brothers tournaments in Los Angeles during E3, meaning he has to cancel lunch plans with Barack Obama.

After infiltrators say they are not happy with the plan and ask how are they going to partake in it, the Fils-Aime robot says the tournament should take place at Best Buy, so that everyone can participate during E3.

The first lady is hesitant, and the robot shoots laser beams out of his eyes until she disintegrates.

"Yeah, we could do it at Best Buy," says another meeting member, nervously. "Absolutely."

After robot Fils-Aime's plans are almost thwarted by a glass of water, he walks into Fils-Aime's office to find out about any secret plans. He stumbles across a paper that says Nintendo Treehouse will be live during E3.

Fils-Aime comes across his robot counterpart, and just decides to go home. The robot runs out of battery just as it is about to find out more information.

On top of the truly bizarre video, Nintendo also released a press release about the company's E3 presence this year.

"Every year, Nintendo looks for the best way to show its games and share its news with fans, media and other key audiences," Nintendo said in the release, Kotaku reports. "In 2013, Nintendo decided to forgo a traditional press conference and use a video - in that case a Nintendo Direct - to share its news from E3. The company is building on that approach at E3 2014 with the 'Nintendo Digital Event,' a new kind of video program that will reveal and provide further detail about the gaming experiences on the way for Nintendo platforms in 2014 and beyond. The Nintendo Digital Event will air at 9 a.m. PDT on Tuesday, June 10."
