#TeamMichael fans will have a lot to look forward to in the next all-new episode of "Jane the Virgin" as it appears that Jane and Michael will rekindle their old flame.

In the last episode, Jane Villanueva came close to losing her virginity to her hunky English professor Jonathan Chavez, played by guest star Adam Rodriguez. However, her nervousness and feelings for her ex-boyfriend Michael prevented her from going all the way.

The trailer video of Monday's episode, "Chapter Thirty-Five," reveals that Jane will confess her love for her ex-fiancé and the two will work on getting back together. In turn, Jane's family will be overjoyed that the couple has decided to reunite.

A sneak peek also reveals that Michael will apologize to Rafael for punching him. However, a bitter Rafael does not accept his apology and instead blows up at Michael.

"I don't like you," he tells Michael. "I don't trust you, and I don't want you anywhere near my son!"

During an interview with Entertainment Weekly, actor Brett Dier opened up about Michael's complicated relationship with Jane and the shocking death of drug lord Sin Rostro. Although executive producer Jennie Snyder Urman has dropped hints of a wedding this season, Dier hesitated to confirm that Michael and Jane will get married even though they are back on good terms.

"Things get all over the place, but in a very creative, good way," teases Dier, adding, "Jennie does love to play with people's minds. You never have an idea how it's going to work out, which is what I personally love about the show."

Dier went on to suggest that Rafael will be a source of contention in their relationship.

"Things get really intense because of Rafael, because it's not like Jane can just leave the baby to be with Michael," shares Dier. "Obviously, Michael and Rafael have never gotten along, and that's not going to happen overnight. They both have to mature and get over their ego, which is their own journey to go on. It'll be hard, but it will lead to some funny scenes."

The actor also talked about Mutter, who is on the loose, and Sin Rose, who was killed by a mysterious villain.

"It's going to be intense, because now that Sin Rostro is dead, you know Mutter is going to kick things up a notch," says Dier. "Sin Rostro was a really bad person, and now there's someone out there that's even worse."

According to Broadway World, the synopsis reads as follows:

Jane (Gina Rodriguez) and Michael (Brett Dier) are back together - almost! Jane attempts to get Rafael (Justin Baldoni) and Michael to reconcile, but it doesn't go well.

While Rafael is sulking over losing Jane, he is ignoring Petra (Yael Grobglas) and her pregnancy needs. Xo (Andrea Navedo) and Rogelio (Jaime Camil) have broken up over the baby issue, but they are still acting like a couple, something Jane sees as a problem. Rogelio hires a new assistant, Paolo (guest star Ana De la Reguera), who appears too good to be true.

Season 2, Episode 13 of "Jane the Virgin," "Chapter Thirty-Five," will premiere on Monday, Feb. 29 on The CW.
