When most people go to a restaurant, they sit down to eat, maybe have a beer, and generally just try to stay out of the way of the waitstaff. Not Justin Bieber, no way. He urinates in the mop buckets and curses at former president Bill Clinton.

"Justin Bieber is an oblivious, self-important little twit who goes out of his way to make the working man's life miserable -- just watch this video of the singer pissing into a restaurant mop bucket ... and laughing like he's the king of the world," remarks the owner of the video, online gossip magazine TMZ.

Though that seems a little hard to believe, that is exactly what happened according to a new video making its rounds on the internet this week. In it, Bieber and some unidentified friends can be seen acting out at a restaurant, video taping the international pop sensation in the act.

"Quick little piss break, you know. Quickest restroom he could get to...We swagger, man, you know. This is just a little walk to piss. That's the coolest spot to piss. You know, you'll forever remember that. You're not gonna remember him pissin' in the restroom. Like, everybody does that...What are we? We the f***ing Wild Kidz, yo! WILD KIDZ! Wild Kidz in this b***h!"

It's unclear who said what during the video, save for the end. That's when Bieber finally zipped up and walked to the stairs to go back to the restaurant. Noticing what appears to be a picture of Bill Clinton near the top of the stairs, Bieber grabs a spray bottle, sprays the picture and proclaims "F**k Bill Clinton!"

Though reports are that it was a restaurant Bieber and friends were at, it looks to be more of a bar-type environment, and one person can be heard at the end asking "who stole my beer?" Despite the fact that 19-year-old Bieber is still two years away from being legal, the video certainly seems to indicate that he had been drinking.

"I think it's the same with any parent of an adult child," his mother Pattie Mallette told "Fox & Friends" during an interview Tuesday. "You know, once they turn 18, 19, and they move away from home and they start making their own decisions. The parenting style changes and you hope to still be a voice in their ear and you."

Given Bieber's recent outbreak of questionable behavior, including a rash of driving violations and a battery charge, it might be a good idea to tighten the reigns just a little bit. What do you think?
