La Liga enters matchday 36 this weekend with the title race still up in the air for the top three teams, all separated by one point.

Some major goalscorers will be missing from these upcoming games including Cristiano Ronaldo and Karim Benzema; the former will miss his third straight game for his club after missing last week's clash at Rayo Vallecano and the Champions League match on Tuesday.

One man who won't be missing is Barcelona's Luis Suarez, who scored four goals for the second straight game and is looking to secure the Pichichi trophy for the first time ever; if he wins, he will be the first player no named Cristiano Ronaldo or Lionel Messi to win the award since 2009.

While Suarez scored four goals, none of his tallies was particularly glorious to admire. These are the goals that showed up the Pichichi frontrunner.

Mubarak Wakaso vs. Espanyol

A fine finish to be sure and far harder than it looks. The ball loops high up in the air and Wakaso times his volley perfectly, firing it high into the far right corner while running toward it under pressure. Less skilled finishes likely fire it high over the bar.

Gareth Bale vs. Rayo Vallecano

The score is 2-2 and Real Madrid has just raced back from a 2-0 deficit. A draw does them no good; a win is the only way to keep their La Liga hopes alive. Cristiano Ronaldo is out and Karim Benzema has also had a poor showing on the afternoon. So who do you call? Gareth Bale! The superstar scored the opener for Madrid and then won it with this tremendous run through the midfield and a calm and collected finish. A display of all of Bale's best qualities.

Angel Correa vs. Malaga

The Atletico Madrid scorer made a tremendous move to cut inside past a defender before firing a long range blast from outside the box past Mexican keeper Guillermo Ochoa. The fact that he shot it past a wall of defenders is all the more impressive.

Fede Cartabia vs. Eibar

A fine finish to tie the game. Just watch how Cartabia of Deportivo La Coruna is relegated to the far side of the box and still manages to get off the tricky shot that fools the opposing keeper. Goal starts at 1:00 on the video below.

Markel Susaeta vs. Levante

A beautiful goal that results from a smart passing play along the right side between Susaeta and Inaki Williams, with each making two great passes to one another on the play. This is the kind of play that defines the beautiful game.

The goal begins at 1:12.

Stefan Scepovic vs. Valencia

What makes this goal so beautiful? Scepovic catches the Valencia defender completely unawares and then races up the pitch on a breakaway. He never loses composure and even when Diego Alves closes off the angle, he slots it in calmly on the near post. The goal starts at the 0:43 mark.
