Mark Salling, 34, an ex-"Glee" actor, was recently accused of rape, according to a report published on Sunday.

A police report obtained by TMZ claimed that a 22-year old woman was allegedly raped by Mark four years ago. The girl, who used to date Mark, changed her mind and said "No, I can't do this" as both of them were about to have sex. But the actor forced her and that the rape was consummated. The Los Angeles County District Attorney is going to decide on filing a charge against Mark as reported by Page Six.

This sex allegation is not Mark Salling's first after he pleaded not guilty on two counts of child pornography by a federal grand jury. He allegedly received and possessed indecent images of children in his laptop and his USB flash drive also contained the same kind of images.

The court ordered him to stay at least 100 feet away from schools, parks, arcades, and places where children mostly hang out. His passport was temporarily taken and he had to ask permission from authority if he would use gadgets that can be connected to the Internet. He is also ordered to wear a GPS so that his location is always known, Mirror magazine reported.

Last year, Mark's residence was searched by LAPD's Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force and hundreds of indecent images of children were found out and confiscated from his possession.

The indecent images found on Mark's residence were allegedly tipped off to authorities of one of his girlfriends.

After being indicted, Mark was cut from the television series "Gods and Secrets" as Director Adi Shankar said in a statement that the series will be moving forward without him. He was cut from the mini-series, and the director will be personally paying for the reshoots as he also hoped that Mark will found inner peace. A percentage from the series' profits will be donated to the abused children, the director added.

According to Herald Sun, Mark is presently out on bail from his child pornography charges.
