Juan Manuel Marquez is not ready to make a decision about whether or not to face Manny Pacquiao again, but Top Rank Promotions boss Bob Arum is confident the fight will happen later this year.

Marquez became the mandatory challenger to Pacquiao's WBO welterweight title after scoring a dominating unanimous decision win over Mike Alvarado on Saturday.

The 40-year-old Mexican made it no secret that he is interested in winning the WBO welterweight title as he is aiming to become the first boxer from Mexico to win five titles in as many divisions.

When asked about his plans, particularly the fifth fight against his Filipino nemesis, Marquez said that he is not yet ready to make a decision, but he admitted that he is facing a tough decision in the coming weeks.

"I think we need to rest first and make a decision with a cool head and be with my family," Marquez said via BoxingScene. "After that we'll see what's next. Before I make a decision and say I want the fifth fight I want to think it over very well. I think it's going to be a difficult and hard decision but we have to think it over."

But while Marquez remains coy about a fifth fight against Pacquiao, Arum is confident that he can make the showdown happen, probably in November.

Marquez recently said that he needs "a good reason" to face Pacquiao again, and Arum feels that the Mexican boxing icon will be enticed by the big money at stake in the possible showdown.

"I'm fairly confident," Arum said of Pacquiao-Marquez 5. "It's up to him. It really is. Manny wants the fight. I think that there is a lot of money in the fight, so we'll see."

Arum added that he is planning to stage the fight in Macau in November in a fight card that will co-feature two-time Olympic champion Zou Shiming. He is confident that the fight will generate good pay-per-view numbers both in the United States and in China.

"This time in November we already got everything going for pay-per-view in China," Arum said. "We have Zou Shiming fighting for a title, Manny, it will be a big card. Sunday morning is an ideal time for pay-per-view in China."
