Disney's Maleficent, which is set to hit the theaters on May 30, 2014, has released a new trailer and a featurette in addition to its original trailers.

The new featurette, with the title of "On the Battlefield," shows Maleficent battling against the army of the king. What is impressive about the new video is its features -- Angelina Jolie can be seen doing her own stunts while hooked up to a rig with her full costume on. She also talks about the filming and some details about the footage taken behind the scenes of the big battle.

The other trailer is an interesting juxtaposition of the original animated film with the new live action film that is considered to be a retelling of the old one. In this video, the audience can see how beautifully the iconic scenes were recreated from the 1959 animated classic. There is the dragon, the king, the army, the needle, and of course the perfect portrayal of Maleficent. Despite not being perfectly alike, the scenes definitely pay homage to the original classic.

According to the New York Post, this film will make Elle Fanning, younger sister of Dakota, a superstar. Jolie and the rest of the filming team all believe in the talent of the 5-foot-8-inch actress who is a perfect fit for the role. Fanning said that Aurora, the Sleeping Beauty, is her favorite Disney princess, feeling a connection with her -- the blond hair, the pink dress, and that Aurora is the tallest princess. Fanning also talked about how she enjoyed working with Jolie in making the film, even considering her to be a maternal figure. This is also because she sees Jolie's children, who are often on the set. Her youngest girl Vivienne, who is 5 years old, plays the young Princess Aurora.

Disney's Maleficent is expected to make at least $60 million at the box office next week.
