The two best teams in the Spanish La Liga are already gearing up for next year's campaign with reports indicating that Barcelona and Atletico Madrid are already making moves to strengthen their roster.

ESPN FC reported that the new Barcelona coach Luis Enrique is planning to make a major roster overhaul this summer in hopes of improving from their second-place finish in the La Liga this season.

Sources indicated that the club is ready to part ways with Alexis Sanchez to make room for Juventus midfielder Arturo Vidal and Real Sociedad goalkeeper Claudio Bravo.

Barcelona president Josep Maria Bartomeu did not deny nor confirm rumors linking their club to Vidal and Bravo, but he insisted that Sanchez will not be for sale this summer.

"Alexis has a contract, he is a player with our team, he is here and has played an excellent season with Barcelona," Bartomeu said. "Obviously, he is part of our plans for next season, we have always needed him, he is one of the very valued players in this institution."

Barcelona was also recently linked to Argentine teenager Angel Correa, but the club lost out in their bid to sign the 19-year-old attacker as reports indicated that the forward has already signed with Atletico Madrid.

Correa, who is being compared to Manchester City star Sergio Aguero, was also recently linked to City and Arsenal, but Atletico Madrid revealed that they already reached an agreement with Correa's Argentine club San Lorenzo de Almagro.

"Atletico Madrid and San Lorenzo de Almagro, Argentine primera division team, have reached an agreement for the transfer of Angel Correa to our club, pending the young Argentine talent passing the relevant medical tests," the club said in a statement. "The forward will then belong to our club for five seasons."

Terms of the agreement between Atletico Madrid and San Lorenzo were not revealed, but reports indicated that the Spanish club will pay the Buenos Aires-based club seven million euros.

Correa, who netted 12 goals in 61 games for San Lorenzo this season, will also be allowed to finish his stint with his club, who will face Bolivian club Bolivar in the Copa Libertadores semifinals.
