E-commerce business has become the preferred way for young aspiring entrepreneurs to try their hand at online business. As the whole world is becoming a marketplace, e-commerce entrepreneurs have got everything to make it work. However, entrepreneurs are put to test due to the stiff competition they face from other entrepreneurs and big brands. While some fail to make it big, others like Bryce Monkivitch manage to build an e-commerce empire. Bryce Monkivitch owns four high-end women's fashion brands, out of which the flagship brand alone generates $1 million in revenue annually.

It all started in 2017 when Bryce Monkivitch began his first business venture by selling dog hats online on Facebook and Instagram. Even after negotiating a deal with a supplier from Alibaba, Bryce could not save the business because the demand for the products went down drastically after a year. His initial failure came as a business lesson that taught him the value of business networking and visibility.

Bryce wanted his second attempt to be successful. He started his store on Shopify by investing his hard-earned $5,000 from concrete freelance work. The store was selling women's fashion garments like swimwear, sportswear, and trendy accessories. This time Bryce wanted to take it slow and steady. After a few years, he was able to make a mark building his e-commerce empire on women's fashion brands. His business is now listed among the top 100 fastest growing companies in Australia.

Sincere Sally is the flagship brand of Bryce's e-commerce empire selling elite designer women's wear and accessories. The brand had garnered positive attention from fashionistas all over the world. Currently, Sincere Sally (@sinceresallyboutique) is compared to top-notch fashion brands like Fashion Nova, Nasty Gal, and Princess Polly. The social media accounts of Sincere Sally on Instagram and Facebook are visual proof of the overwhelming response the brand has received over the years.

Bryce worked 80 hours a week as a freelancer while also pursuing various business degrees during the time when he was struggling. The urge to start a business and become financially independent came to him after he faced rejection from his uncle who sent him back from China to get more education before assisting in/starting a business. All these failures and struggles shaped Bryce into the generous entrepreneur that he is today.

To help more people find a stable source of income, Bryce launched an app that helps to hire marketing staff from different countries around the world. The app also guides and trains them on various marketing strategies. Currently, the app has 4,000 users and among them, 560 are actively working to promote Bryce's business.

Bryce Monkivitch always takes business deals seriously and therefore he ensures to maintain clear communication with his vendors and micro workers. Being a travel enthusiast, Bryce can easily add more value to his business. He visits China to interact with his suppliers and to the U.S to expand his business network. He also travels to the Philippines to meet his large team of 12,000 workers. His compassionate entrepreneurial policies were featured in an article about him and his business in Forbes.

Bryce Monkivitch has aspirations to make Sincere Sally the next leading fashion brand globally. He also wants to revolutionize his app to help more people earn a living while improving their skills.
