In November, the SNAP benefits in Texas will run on the first 15 days of the month.

SNAP recipients can also obtain a free cell phone through the Federal Communications Commission's Lifeline program.

Emergency SNAP

The Disaster Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program can assist Florida SNAP recipients who lost food due to Hurricane Ian in replacing it (D-SNAP). You must sign up in advance to receive benefits, and qualified households will get one month's worth of benefits equal to the maximum amount a SNAP household of their size can receive each month.
