Brace yourselves, moviegoer: three films previewed their trailers out of last month's Comic-Con that border on science-fiction, scary and creepy, and they involve Matthew McConaughey, Daniel Radcliffe and Justin Long.

These are the first-look trailers for three films coming out this fall. Firstly, "Horns," starring Radcliffe and directed by Alexandre Aja, is perhaps the strangest and most bizarre characters that the former Harry Potter star has ever played.

"Horns" is based on a book of the same name, written by Joe Hill. It centers around Ig Parish played by Radcliffe. Ig's girlfriend has just been murdered, but Ig is the prime suspect, Wired reported.

Ig insists that he is innocent of any wrongdoing, so he sets out to clear his name and find the real killer. The book and the film takes it a step further. After Ig's girlfriend dies, he goes on a drinking spree before awakening to discover that he has horns growing out of his head. Ig also develops the ability to get information out of anyone he wants, Wired reported. The film is part horror, comedy, thriller and romantic drama.

Secondly, "Tusk" might be similar, or not. This film is written and directed by Kevin Smith of "Clerks" and "Dogma," so expect it to have some dark humor. The trailer, however, does not make it look funny, but it is defined as a horror-comedy, Wired reported.

"Tusk" stars Long of "Drag Me to Hell" and "Live Free or Die Hard," who plays Wallace Bryton, a menial journalist who travels to Canada to interview a man who might or might not have met Ernest Hemingway. Howard Howe, played by Michael Parks of "Django Unchained," is obsessed with the walrus. Howard then drugs and attempts to surgically transform Wallace into a walrus, according to Wired.

Finally, the mysterious science-fiction film "Interstellar," starring Academy-Award winner McConaughey and directed by Christopher Nolan of "Inception" and the rebooted "Batman" films. It is mysterious because most critics only have a breadcrumb of an idea of what the film is about.

As of now, the film is about a group explorers, engineers, and astronauts who utilize a newly discovered wormhole to surpass the limitations of human space travel, and in this pursuit they must conquer vast distances in an interstellar voyage.

The trailer on the other hand does not depict that premise at all. McConaughey is conflicted with the attempts at this journey and with the fate of humanity, The Hollywood Reporter noted. And the audience sees McConaughey's Cooper racked with guilt over leaving his family, especially his daughter. There is also a scene that is very reminiscent of "2001: A Space Odyssey."

The film also features Michael Caine, who has so far been in almost every Nolan film, as well as, Jessica Chastain of "Mama" and "The Help," and Anne Hathaway of "Les Miserables" and "The Dark Knight Rises."
