Toys and merchandise related to the Disney film "Frozen" are topping many Christmas wish lists this year, and parents around the world are clamoring to get the hottest gifts for their little ones.

A scuffle broke out among parents in Dublin last month who were trying to purchase a singing "Frozen"-themed Snow Glow Elsa doll at a toy store, causing the police to get involved. Some of the parents had been camped out overnight to be the first ones to get their hands on the figurine with a flashing dress and "magical snowflake necklace." A few of the parents who were involved in the fighting needed subsequent medical treatment.

The Elsa doll has reportedly sold out across Ireland and the United Kingdom, only found on scalping sited online in those areas. The demand for this doll is high in Australia as well, Target's online store has already sold out of stock and Toys 'R' Us claims the dolls "are going fast," according to the Sydney Morning Herald.

Other parents who didn't snag the Snow Glow Elsa can also settle for another one of dozens of products devoted to the Disney smash-hit, including scooters, duffle bags, moon chairs, flute recorders, jigsaw puzzles, jewelry, stationary sets or wigs, just to name a few.

Police in recent weeks have confiscated hundreds of thousands of dollars' worth of counterfeit "Frozen" products in England. On Thursday, the Daily Mail reported that a huge shipment of fake toys from "Frozen" and other popular children's brands like Toy Story and Peppa Pig were found. The near exact copies were taken as they had no safety testing or warning labels provided on the kid's products.

In one shipment, council trading standards officers found more than 7,000 counterfeit Super Mario toys, over 350 fake Samsung Galaxy smartphone and 2,000 knock-off Disney Frozen toy sets.
