Rosie Rivera posted an image onto her Instagram account on Wednesday, and her followers could not help but focusing on a detail in the background.

A portrait of her sister, the late Jenni Rivera, can be seen on the floor in the image, and her followers were not happy about it, according to TV Notas.

One user said that they deserved to own the portrait of Jenni instead.

"Send me that portrait of my Diva because you have it on the floor," the commenter said on Instagram. "What is my diva doing on the floor when most of her fans hold her in the highest esteem. I hope there's a good answer for this. How disappointing."

Not everyone criticized Rosie for the image, however. Some believed that it was perhaps a painting made by a fan, and others said there was a reason the framed image was on the floor.

"Why do you judge without knowing ..." an Instagram user commented. "How do you know she's not going to put it there on the wall, they don't know how else to attack the Rivera family. I'm sure Rosie LOVES her sister and that portrait being [there] is for a reason ..."

Recently, Rosie spoke about her sister's death, saying she didn't think someone tried to murder her. She and her family do think there were many problems, but believe they had more to do with the plane itself.

"[We've] heard a lot that it was an attack on Jenni's life, or against one of the people who was flying with her, but we dismiss that," Rosie said, according to El Universal. "We don't want to prematurely reveal anything we know because on Dec. 8, we presented a lawsuit against the aviation company, against those responsible for the maintenance and the company who made the plane (Learjet 25), and we are going to wait for the judge to tell us what happened."
