Madonna is upset with Lady Gaga for good reason -- she believes Lady Gaga stole one of her songs, Fox News reported.

In a recent interview with Rolling Stone, Madonna explains her frustrations against 28-year-old Lady Gaga.

"The only time I ever criticized Lady Gaga was when I felt like she blatantly ripped off one of my songs," Madonna says bluntly. "It's got nothing to do with 'she's taking my crown' or 'she's in some space of mine.' She has her thing. I do think she's a very talented singer and songwriter. It was just that one issue."

Madonna is referring to Lady Gaga's hit song "Born This Way." The song sounds very similar to Madonna's "Express Yourself."

Madonna's upcoming song "Two Steps Behind Me" has been leaked, and some think it is directed at Lady Gaga. The lyrics in the song:

"You're a copycat, Where is my royalty? You're a pretty girl, I'll give you that. But stealing my recipe, it's an ugly look."

Madonna's manager Guy Oseary denied those claims on Twitter, according to E! Online:

"That song is NOT about Gaga or anyone in particular," Oseary told fans in a recent Twitter Q&A. "She has NO ill will towards Gaga. It's nonsense. She was listening to [Gaga's] Tony Bennett duet album last week and appreciating it."

Madonna chimed in too:

"[There] are People that are so hateful. they want to create feuds between strong women that do not exist!" she posted. "I do not wish ill will towards any other female artist and i never have! The World is big enough for all of us!"

Now Madonna says she does not care about Lady Gaga anymore:

"I don't think she wants my crown ... We live in a world where people like to pit women against each other," she says. "And this is why I love the idea of embracing other females who are doing what I'm doing ... "

Madonna and Lady Gaga fans will see if this feud is over with or if it has just begun. What do you think? Did Lady Gaga steal Madonna's song?
