In last week's "19 Kids and Counting" Episode 7, "Race to the Altar," Johannah Duggar celebrated turning 9 years old at a ranch horseback riding and Jessa Duggar, 22, and Ben Seewald, 19, registered for wedding gifts.

Jessa and Ben's wedding registry includes gift cards to restaurants and products from Bed, Bath & Beyond and Amazon. Items on the list include an Apple MacBook Air computer, a cutting board shaped like the state of Arkansas, a night-light shaped like an owl and hand towels with owls on them that read "Life's a hoot."

Jana Duggar, 25, helped sister Jill, 23, prepare a Nepalese dish for Jill's husband, Derick Dillard, 26.

"Our family is known for making tater tot casserole," Jana said, hard at work in the kitchen.

When Derick arrived home, Nepali music queued his entrance. He told viewers later, "It smelled just like my apartment back in Nepal." The episode closed as he happily chowed down.

The Duggar family will have a pizza party while Jill, Derick, Jessa and Ben go on a double date that involves painting on tonight's "19 Kids and Counting" Episode 8, "Wedding Prep." Jessa and Ben also finalize their wedding plans.

Meanwhile, Jill is just days away from giving birth. On Monday, the reality star posted a picture to the Duggar family Facebook page of her enormous baby bump. She held up a small chalkboard with "38 weeks 5 days" written on it.

The baby's due date is March 24, which means there's just one week until the big day. The baby is Jill and Derick's first child. The two were married in June of last year.

Although this is Jill's first pregnancy, she does not seem nervous about child birth. Her experience working as an assistant midwife at A Mommy's Butterfly Midwifery has likely prepared the new mom.

"19 Kids and Counting" Episode 8 airs tonight at 9 p.m. on TLC.
