In the middle of his bitter divorce, Jeremy Renner has now allegdly said his estranged wife once tried to extort him by threatening to release intimate videos of him if he ever went back on his promise to help her get a green card.

According to TMZ.com, since he and Sonni Pacheco split in December, the two have been warring over custody of their 2-year-old daughter, Ava. The website adds Pacheco is now seeking primary custody of the child and more than $13K a month in child support.

In court documents, Renner alleges his soon-to-be ex-wife has repeatedly admitted to him that she only married him as a way of obtaining her green card and gaining financial stability. Renner also claims Pacheco has exhibited "multiple issues of bad parenting," including once going to an Uber party and leaving the child home alone.

A roommate of the two has reportedly also filed a declaration claiming Pacheco regularly smoked and drank and once stopped breast-feeding her daughter because she felt guilty about drinking so much alcohol. The roommate also claims Pacheco once used cocaine during a vacation.

Renner formally filed legal documents earlier this year seeking joint custody of their child and a 50/50 custody arrangement. At that time, Renner also stressed the couple have a pre-nuptial agreement in place that make his "earnings his and his alone."

Among the many complaints lodged by Pacheco is her contention that Renner's home is not safe for the child. At one point, Pacheco also claimed Renner was not keeping up on child support payments, though sources from Renner's camp insist he's been paying child support ever since the two split.
