News of the approaching release date of the Samsung Galaxy S5 is tagged along with reports that production for its 5.25 inch QHD AMOLED screen has already started.

Trusted Reviews report that this is one huge upgrade in various features of their next flagship phone, whether it is size or quality that is being talked about. The previous model of the S4 may have had a pixel resolution of 1920 x 1080 but now the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S5 will boast of a 2560 x 1440 pixel resolution in QHD panel. More rumors of it offering the 560 pixel per inch image specification will surely make it the smart phone leader of today.

However, the claims that 5.25 inch QHD panel production has started only confirms that the new flagship phone will not anymore show a curved display as what several analysts suspect it would have. The other rumored specs that were given emphasis for the past weeks include the 16MP camera mounted on the rear, the 3GB RAM and the 64-bit processor. Others even say that it will be packed with the latest OS of the Android 4.4 KitKat by Google.

Gadget NDTV website stated that during the early part of this month, there were some claims that it the Korean tech giant will use plastic material again for the S5 rather than the rumored metal chassis making. Every Samsung Galaxy fan has also gotten excited with the possible eye scan sensor feature to head to head with their lead competitor's fingerprint scan technology.

Know Your Mobile wrote about an analyst who has spoken to The Korea Herald claimed that Samsung can only come up with about 500,000 units each month. But with how fast the Samsung Galaxy S5 is expected to sell out once it hits the market, then the Korean giant should definitely double up on the production.
