Fans knew Farrah Abraham's blood was boiling since Maci Bookout told MTV show producers she was leaving the show because the former adult film star had returned. It was only a matter of time before Farrah confronted Maci, and that time has come.

In the upcoming "Teen Mom OG" Episode 8, "Backstage Fight," Maci has decided to stay on the show despite Farrah's presence. In the sneak peek video clip, she and the cast are sitting backstage in a conference room enjoying a meal when suddenly Farrah confronts her.

"Hey Maci, why are you here?" Farrah said, breaking the silence.

There is a long, awkward pause. Maci looks uncomfortable.

Maci starts to say something, but Farrah cuts her off with, "I don't think you should be here because you don't want to be here... bye. Bye! No one needs you here."

"If you were my boss, then I would leave," Maci quipped.

The conversation continues with Farrah turning up the heat, claiming that Maci's son, 6-year-old Bentley, has never brought up her name and doesn't know anything about her.

"And when he did see me, he really liked me," she said.

"I don't feel like I need to apologize. I am not going to change what I think is right by my son," Maci replied.

"What is right for your son has nothing to do with me," Farrah argued.

Maci tells Farrah it is nothing personal, but Farrah isn't buying it.

The clip ends with Farrah getting up from the table saying she doesn't want to hear Maci talk anymore.

"You shouldn't be here," she told Maci.

It is the second major argument Maci has endured on the show recently. In last week's "Teen Mom OG" Episode 7, a fight erupted between she and boyfriend Taylor McKinney. The couple was enjoying a date night when the conversation became heated about when they should buy their first home.

"I would like to be in a new house before the baby comes," Taylor told Maci.

Maci, who is due to give birth to her second child next month, did not agree. She explained her reasons during the "Teen Mom OG: Featured Moment."

"We were on the same page about buying a house -- we both wanted to move out of where we were living, but I didn't necessarily want to buy a house and settle for something that we didn't really love just because we were trying to get out of where we were. It was a bit aggravating because I didn't really feel like he was seeing my point of view," she explained.

The couple also appears to be at odds regarding when they will become engaged. Maci wants to get engaged as soon as possible, but Taylor has yet to propose.

The drama continues this Monday as Amber Portwood faces marriage, Catelynn Lowell welcomes a new baby and there's a major change to the Teen Mom cast.
