On Monday's episode of "Teen Mom OG," Maci Bookout and her ex Ryan Edwards discussed parenting, Catelynn Lowell confronted Tyler Baltierra about posting photos of their daughter Carly online, and Amber Portwood started promoting her book, "Never Too Late."

Portwood started off the episode with publicity tour preparations for her tell-all book about drugs, sex, fights and her time in prison. Before embarking on the tour, she called Gary Shirley to ask if Leah could sleepover. He said no, that he has Leah on a strict bedtime schedule for school. Portwood decided a few hours with Leah was better than none. She sarcastically told him, "I love the faith you have in me as a mother, I don't know how much I need to prove to you."

When Portwood picked up Leah, Shirley said their daughter had to be home by 7:30 p.m. Portwood played with Leah at the park until Shirley bombarded her phone with calls, which infuriated her, but she dropped Leah off on time.

Portwood's book tour began along with fellow "Teen Mom" star Kaitlyn Lowry, who was also promoting her book. The girls traveled across the south on a tour bus. Portwood's final stop was in Los Angeles on Dr. Drew's radio show, "Love Line." She revealed that if things do not improve with Shirley, she is going to fight for custody of Leah.

Meanwhile, Lowell and Baltierra know that they're expecting a girl, so they painted the nursery and started buying necessary baby items.

Baltierra enrolled in film school. He told Lowell he wants to start school once the baby is born.

Baltierra created a video collage of pictures of their first daughter, Carly, who was given up for adoption. He posted the collage online, which broke a rule that Carly's adoptive parents had set. Lowell confronted him. Baltierra said he doesn't think it is right for the adoptive parents to tell him what he can and cannot do with Carly's photos. Lowell feared it would ruin their relationship with Carly's parents. Baltierra disagreed.

As expected, Carly's parents called Baltierra very upset. Lowell was also upset.

"I don't care if the world can't see her. I get to and my family gets to and that's all that matters," Lowell said. "Why jeopardize that over something small? We signed her away, we don't have any rights to her."

Edwards moved in with his girlfriend. Bookout and Edwards made arrangements to exchange their son Bentley, but Edwards was a no-show after nearly an hour. She dropped Bentley off at Edward's parent's house, which enraged Edwards.

"You're such a dumba**,"he said when he called her before hanging up.

When Edwards arrived at his parent's house, his father talked sense into him.

Later, Bookout reached out to Edwards. Surprisingly, he agreed to meet her. The pair ate lunch together and discussed how best to parent Bentley. Edwards told Bookout he would be more involved in Bentley's life and reliable.

But will he?
