Former Sacramento Kings forward Peja Stojakovic's Miami home is now for sale.

The Yugoslavia-born retired basketball player has listed his Miami property for under $9M, Los Angeles Times reported.

Stojakovic bought the abode just three years ago for only $3,675,000, added the Times, citing real estate records. This means the player is set to profit more than the actual value of the house before.

The $8.9 million private home stands proud amidst grown and equally magnificent tall palms in the area noted as Sunset Islands.

The estate highlights a renovated 1930s two-story home featuring circular windows and angular roofing as some details.

Other interior details of the Deco-themed home are wide oak flooring and vaulted ceilings.

The 4,505-square-foot residence includes four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, an upgraded kitchen, a sunken living room, a formal dining area, a terrace with water views and a media room. It also comes with a master suite that displays a glass-enclosed shower people usually see in spas.

In addition, the luxury property has a private canal frontage and a boat dock. The grounds also showcase a swimming pool an a covered patio.

Interested buyers of the Miami estate may inquire through Stojakovic's listing agents, Dina Goldentayer and Sladja Stantic of ONE Sotheby's International Realty.

Stojakovic's Impressive NBA Career

Aside from playing with the Kings and the Mavericks, Stojakovic also played with the Indiana Pacers and New Orleans Hornets.

However, Stojakovic is highly-esteemed and known for as part of the Kings. In December, the team announced the retirement of Stojakovic's number 16 jersey.

"Peja Stojakovic was instrumental in putting Sacramento on the map on a global scale. As one of only a select group of Serbian players in the NBA, Peja helped carve out a place for basketball players from all over the world. Recognizing his leadership will be a special moment for fans and the entire Kings organization, as well as a great reminder of the kind of success we are building in Sacramento," said Kings Owner Vivek Ranadivé, as quoted by NBA.com.

"My time in Sacramento was the best years of my career and truly some of the best years of my life," said Stojakovic, who played eight seasons with the Kings. As of December 2014, Stojakovic ranks first since 1948 in the Kings' franchise history in three-pointers made (1,070) and even in attempted three-pointer shots (2,687). He also had the best free throw percentage of 0.893.
