It seems NBA free agent JaVale McGee had a change of heart when he decided to sell his condo unit in Las Vegas less than a year after purchasing it.

McGee's 2,406-square-foot pad is being offered on the market for $849,900, according to Realtor.com. The professional basketball player reportedly bought it for a price of $800,000.

The unit on the Strip contains two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, including a master bedroom with a master bath that has a double vanity, a soaking tub with jets, and a separate shower. The suite also boasts a walk-in closet to hold personal accessories and clothes.

Photos of the luxury unit can be viewed on the listing. Based on the pictures, the condo exudes masculinity because of the predominant dark colors used in designing the interiors.

Although the unit displays mostly dark hues, the spanning glass panels let natural light to enter the room and create a more vibrant atmosphere. The ceiling to floor glass windows also provide stunning views of the majestic mountains and Las Vegas cityscape in all its glitz and glamour.

The 27-year-old player's dwelling place also showcases charming furnishing like lovely chandeliers, interesting ceiling installations, and marble flooring. The listing also noted that the unit is being sold as fully-furnished. For those who love cooking, the kitchen is the jewel of the unit as it comes with high-end and modern appliances.

People who dream of settling in the Nevada unit may get in touch with Lisa Buzelli of Keller Williams Realty who handles its listing.

Aside from the Las Vegas unit, the 7-foot-tall athlete has another luxury home and it is not a condo.

McGee owns an Encino home, which he bought from the "King of Salsa," Marc Anthony, for a little over $2.4 million, Los Angeles Times reported. Photos of the grand 6,263-square-foot California mansion can be seen on Variety.

Although McGee owns such fabulous places, he shares his blessings to those in need. Through Twitter, he announced that his foundation has successfully installed one of the two water wells that they are planning to build in Uganda.

Before becoming a free agent, McGee, who averaged 8.4 points per game in his six years in the NBA, played for three teams, namely: the Philadelphia 76ers, Denver Nuggets and Washington Wizards, ESPN noted.
