Cleveland Cavaliers center Kendrick Perkins is saying goodbye to his Edmond home.

The newly-signed Cavaliers player has listed his residence in Oklahoma for $615,000, Realtor.com reported.

According to the property's listing, the 5,646-square-foot residence includes five bedrooms and four and a half baths. Its huge master bedroom comes with a master sitting room and a spacious master bath equipped with a walk-in shower.

Other amenities and features available in the Northwest Oklahoma property include a theater room, a home office, a garage, a living room, a fire place, large living spaces, walk-in closet for each room and a large covered patio. It also boasts a modern kitchen with a walk-in pantry and high-end appliances.

The former Oklahoma City Thunder center's abode also has a second kitchenette, strategically placed adjacent to the home theater. Several chandeliers adorn the home's soaring ceilings.

The walls' lighter shades, varying from white to cream, make the home look brighter, while the darker tone of furnishings like customized cabinets, countertops, flooring, shelves and even some modern appliances provides a nice contrast to the house.

But what makes the French-style property even more special is the fact that it is a "high performance energy efficient built NAHB Green home." Realtor.com explained that property takes part in conserving natural resources through eco-friendly systems for heating and cooling and by the use of Energy Star-rated appliances and lights.

Ty Weston of Elite Real Estate & Leasing is handling the listing.

Meanwhile, the 30-year-old player who was drafted in 2003 is getting along well with his teammates in Cleveland, noted The Oklahoman. Iman Shumpert commended how the former Thunder center contributes to the Cavaliers. "Anything he sees, every timeout, he's always vocal about it. He gives himself for the team," he said.

The Cavs lost Game 1 of the NBA Finals, 108-100 against the Golden State Warriors on Thursday night. The team will try to secure their first win on Sunday, June 7.
