Apple Music is coming Tuesday and, although it will operate similarly to other streaming music services, it will have one thing that the others cannot offer. Apple's personal data assistant Siri will make Apple Music a unique and powerful service, according to CNet.

Apple Music will cost $10 per month for access to tens of millions of songs in its library. It will work just like other similar services like Spotify, Rdio and Tidal.

The new Apple Music will give users access to Siri for helping them perform searches or commands. Users will be able to say commands like "play the top 10 pop songs now" or "play the top song from 2005" and Siri will get right to work.

Siri will act like a music listener's personal music finder, helping the user find songs by using her knowledge. From finding a popular song on a movie's soundtrack to finding the No. 1 song on the day the user was born, Siri will be a unique feature in Apple Music.

Most streaming music services are relatively the same and Apple will have to find a way to distinguish themselves from the competition.

More users are deciding to subscribe to services like Spotify and Apple Music and purchasing less individual songs, according to the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry, a global trade group for the music business.

"Services are fairly similar along a lot of the core dimensions," Andrew Lipsman, vice president of marketing and insights at researcher ComScore said.

Users are not concerned about the music catalog that streaming services offer. They are subscribing to these services even though they may lack certain artists.

Just like other streaming services, Apple Music will offer curated playlists that are carefully crafted by humans instead of computers. And just like the others, Apple Music will charge the same $10 per month fee that gives listeners unlimited music on demand.

Besides Siri, Apple Music will also offer the Beats 1 radio station. Beats 1 is a 24-hour live radio station that will be hosted by actual DJs. Everyone in the world will hear the same music on Beats 1, unlike Pandora that is customized by users' voting.

A social aspect is coming to Apple Music too. The feature, called Connect, will allow artists to share lyrics, songs and videos with their fans to see what they think. Users will be able to interact with artists and leave comments.

According to Mac World, a family membership can also be purchased for Apple Music for $14.99 per month. This membership will give unlimited access to the service for up to six people.
