Valentine's Day is soon approaching and if you haven't already purchased a card for your sweetheart, you can always turn to the Internet -- like all of us do for most things these days anyway!

So if you are Latina/o, you're in luck for some cute "Latina-branded" e-cards that are sure to put a smile on your honey's face.

Latina chose six, adorable and funny Latin-inspired Valentine's Day e-cards to choose from this year, and the sayings involve Latinos' favorite food, Latin pop stars like Shakira and Pitbull to Latin novela-hunk, William Levy, and funny Spanglish references.

For example:

  •  "You're the rice to my beans. Let's spoon."
  •  "Your dance moves makes me go LOCA.

You shake it like a MARACA.

You make me go all Shakira and say, 'WAKA, WAKA!'"

  •  "Baby, you're like Vick VapoRub.

You make my body feel all tingly."

  •  "I'm William Levy.

            You're welcome.

            Happy Valentine's Day!"

  •  "I see chubby, brown babies in our future.

           Happy Valentine's Day!"

  •  "Roses are red, violets are blue, COME TO MIAMI, Pitbull is waiting for you! DALE!

            Happy Valentine's Day!"

"Opinions differ as to who was the original Valentine, but the most popular theory is that he was a clergyman who was executed for secretly marrying couples in ancient Rome, according to the U.S. Census Bureau. In A.D. 496, Pope Gelasius I declared Feb. 14 as Valentine Day. Esther Howland, a native of Massachusetts, is given credit for selling the first mass-produced valentine cards in the 1840s. The spirit continues today with even young children exchanging Valentine's cards with their fellow classmates."
