Former Teen Mom star Farrah Abraham has a daughter that's only 5 years old, but the reality television mother has already granted her permission to go under the knife.

Abraham said that her daughter, Sophia, should be allowed to change things about her physical appearance that she does not like."

"I have to say, we very much believe that we are pretty," Abraham said in an interview with Radar Online. "We are secure people, but if there's something that she can't live with, then yes go for it!"

The 22-year-old, who gained fame on MTV's Teen Mom and recently in pornography, said that she has even dabbled in plastic surgery herself. Radar Online reports that she has had breast implants, chin implants, rhinoplasty and lip injections

"Like myself, I waited 'til I was 18," Abraham continued. "If she would like to do that, she's her own adult, and ... if it's for a real reason."

Only time will tell if Sophia will end up having a "real reason" for cosmetic surgery. Her mother, however, predicts that it will not be necessary.

"I'm supportive, but I don't think in any way shape or form she will need that," Abraham explained. "She's a very adorable, good looking, great kid."

The Backdoor Teen Mom star says her own experience with plastic surgery has helped her become satisfied with her looks.

"I envisioned myself looking one way, and I changed it, and I'm still happy and I don't b***h about my looks anymore," she said.

Abraham is so happy that she does not plan on getting more plastic surgery anytime soon.

"I feel like if I am preventing aging, yes, and there's always little things that I can do, but at this time right now, my esthetician and my doctors don't recommend that, so I'm not going to," she said.

Instead, Abraham says she's been following "a very strict, healthy diet" that features raw veggie and fruit juice.

"It's been pretty insane for my body, but I have to say, I've been glowing" Abraham said. "My skin is good. I just feel good."
