Sunday's "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" Season 10, Episode 16 will be especially emotional as the Kardashian family comes to terms with Bruce Jenner's gender reassignment and name change to Caitlyn Jenner.

Caitlyn's first major magazine interview is published. In it, she says things the family finds hurtful.

In the sneak peek, Khloé Kardashian tells sisters Kourtney Kardashian and Kim Kardashian, "I'm not going to be fully supportive if she's not fully supportive of our mom."

Khloé also struggles with how much emotional support she can give to Lamar.

In the video clip, Kim brings Bruce's old clothes to her mother, Kris Jenner. A spider falls from the clothes, sending Kris into a panic.

"Maybe this an omen," Kris says as Kim squashes the spider.

"I have sent all the other stuff, too. Did you not get it?" Kim asks, referring to more of Bruce's belongings.

"Yeah, I got it. I -- I didn't have the nerve to open the bag," Kris replies, eyes tearing up.

Kim continues to show her mother the clothes that Caitlyn gave her. Kris dabs tears from her eyes with her fingers.

"It makes me really sad," Kris says.

Later, in a confessional, Kris says that going through Bruce's gender reassignment is difficult because it's something she's never dealt with before.

"I realize that I still have a long way to go before I can process all of this and understand it," she says.

Kris reveals that seeing the clothes, and the fact that "Bruce is throwing them out," makes it suddenly real.

In another scene, Kris embraces an article of Bruce's clothing and says it smells like him.

Kim says she thought each of the children could choose a shirt that reminds them of Bruce as a keepsake.

Kris agrees, and begins to cry.

"He's gone," Kris cries.

"No, he's not," Kim says, and tries to comfort her mother.

The new episodes about how the family is dealing with Bruce's major life change was thought to be a sure draw for viewers, but InTouch Weekly reports the opposite is happening. The midseason premiere drew only 1.9 million viewers compared to the 2.5 million viewers that tuned in when the season began.

The Kardashians have two upcoming events that could improve their ratings: Kylie Jenner and Tyga are reportedly debuting their relationship on a future episode, and Kris wants to marry boyfriend Corey Gamble on the finale.
