"Teen Mom 2" star Leah Messer held a Facebook Q & A on Wednesday to answer fan questions about hardships she faced in Season 6, including rehab, her divorce from second husband Jeremy Calvert and her custody battle with ex-husband Corey Simms.

The mother of three called her treatment "the best experience of [her] life," adding, "Treatment isn't only for addiction. Treatment facilities aren't just for addicts. Jeremy knew where I was going and why, but I could not be open with Corey because anything and everything was tried to be used against me in a negative light even it was for the better."

The 23-year-old reality star revealed that she's had "a positive change" since getting treatment.

"No one comes back from treatment 100 percent! It takes a lot of work and willingness!" she wrote.

When a fan asked about her two divorces, Messer said that it was "humiliating" to have two failed marriages at her age. She insisted that she and Jeremy "get along so great."

In the Season 6 finale of MTV's "Teen Mom 2," Messer refused to meet with Simms at a restaurant to discuss child custody because he had brought his wife, Miranda Simms.

A fan asked Messer why she didn't go ahead with the meeting.

"He had every right to be with his wife, yes. However, there is times where him and I can have a conversation without her," she wrote.

Messer said that she felt it was "very awkward and weird" that Miranda wanted to sit at another table and watch them talk.

She was asked how she feels about Miranda, to which she responded, "Misery loves company, and I can only control my own actions, not hers or anyone else's."

Messer said that her daughters -- twins Ali and Aleeah, 5, and Addie, 2, -- are doing well. She added she doesn't plan to have more children in the near future.

"Babies are not even on my mind," she said. "My girls is all I need! [sic]"
