Newly-crowned World Boxing Association "regular" junior welterweight champion Adrien "The Problem" Broner is ready for his next fight, and he wants it to be against the British warrior Ashley Theophane.

After Broner won his crown via a stoppage on the 12th and final round against Khabib Allakhverdiev at the U.S. Bank Arena in Cincinnati, Ohio, he openly challenged "Treasure" for a showdown, Boxing News 24 reported.

"They say my big bro, the one, the only Floyd Mayweather, he says he's got a fighter that he feels can beat me....I think his name is Ashley. But if that is true, this is what to do, bro, because bosses talk to bosses. You put Ashley on one of your private jets, bring him to come see me, and I bet I bring the girl out of that boy like Bruce Jenner," Broner said.

Theophane, who was just last seen defeating Steve Chambers via a unanimous decision in an undercard fight of the Floyd Mayweather Jr. vs. Andre Berto clash on Sept.12 at the MGM Grand Arena in Las Vegas, per BoxRec, is ready for the four-division champion's battle proposal.

"Whenever Adrien is ready to make this fight we can make it happen," Theophane told Boxing Scene.

The negotiations between the two could be a breeze, especially with the two fighters ready to face each other soon, whenever. It also helps their close ties with the undefeated Mayweather. As shared by Broner, "The Money" is his close friend and "brother," while "Treasure" is a fighter being promoted by Mayweather.

Theophane is also excited on this match, especially that "The Money" and his adviser Dejuan Blake think he can beat the WBA champ. Although the London-born warrior commends "The Problem's" accomplishments as a boxer for a very young age of 26, he believes that he will triumph over Broner on his first junior welterweight title defense.

According to Boxing Scene, Mayweather promised that he would arrange a Theophane-Broner title fight if both of these warriors win their respective matches. "Treasure" was very motivated of what "The Money" was planning for him.

What made "The Money" notice him? Theophane, who signed under Mayweather's promotional company in 2013, shared that the unbeaten champion was pleased with his attitude, and especially admired him for being hardworking. The former British champion said that Mayweather is giving him the chance he needed, which is a promoter to back him up on his road to greatness and a world title, hopefully.
